I am thrilled with my new artificial bamboo plant! My flat lacks light so after a yucca suffered as a result, I decided to replace it with this fake bamboo plant (as it also creates a natural division in my open plan kitchen / living room). I do think an artificial plant takes some getting used to (especially if you're used to the real thing like me), so it's worth spending time watching the video and separating the leaves etc., after the plant has been in transit. Already I am starting to love the bamboo - and it's only just been delivered! Very speedy service, highly recommended - thanks very much!

Having invested over £350 on 6 outdoor ‘real’ stem bay trees I’m disappointed to advise that 2 have now broken in what I would consider to be relatively low winds. Consequently I believe that it’s only a matter of time before the other four eventually break now too. Lovely plants so I’m very disappointed with how they've now gone on to snap ‘in the elements’. Apparently I should have kept the real wooden stem completley out of the potting compound (tricky) and I should have treated it with a wood preserver every year. These instructions are on the website ‘product care’ section now, however not sure they were in 2019 when I purchased the product and potted it. I was grateful for the fast response from Blooming Artificial, and I do love the product, however I’ve been sadly let down by the damage caused to two of my lovely bay leaf trees by virtue of them being outside - as the plant is sold and intended to be placed. I was hoping that Blooming Artificial would have offered me a free replacement as a gesture of goodwill or a heavily discounted replacement. Unfortunately all I was offered was a 20% discount off a new purchase. Lovely looking products, but beware they are expensive and if placed outside they are at real risk of breaking, mindful of the high cost of the plants a 12 month guarantee isn’t really good enough IMO.

I had to do a return of 1 plant (bought4), the whole process was a breeze, THEY arranged nxt day collection, refund received within 72 working hours, update at every step, WOW YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE, ?

I have to start this review by saying I hate artificial plants and getting some was a last resort because my bathroom has proven to be just too dark in places for real plants to thrive. My real palm was rescued from death but its absence from the bathroom left a massive hole. I googled artificial plants and amongst the suggestions was Blooming Artificial. What first struck me was the price - really competitive especially compared to some sites which totally priced themselves out of my search. The plants looked good and the palms I wanted were on special offer. I bough two palms of differing heights and also a small hanging plant. I didn't really hold out much hope but I thought I could send them back if I needed to (which I whole heartedly expected to do). I had an online chat to Amy who was absolutely brilliant - really helpful and thoroughly lovely. The plants arrived 2 days later. I've unpacked and put them all in the bathroom (watch the videos on the site on how to arrange the leaves as it's really helpful). They are fabulous. I am speechless and actually stunned by how good they look. I asked my husband what he thought and he didn't actually realise they were fake until told. I'll be back for more when the smaller plants I want are in stock. Highly recommend, I am totally thrilled.

I bought artificial plants because I was sick of killing real ones. My partner came into the room, saw them and said ‘you should start buying fake plants because they always die’ - mission accomplished!

Great shop! It’s hard to buy flowers online (artificial in this case), it’s true. So my wife and I placed a small order just above the threshold for free shipping relying that we could send the plants back if they don’t meet our expectations. Well.. we made other 2 purchases not longer after, and we are looking to buy a few more plants. If it doesn’t give you enough I can expand. Not only my wife and I, but also our neighbours are impressed how real the plants look. We’ve got a couple of hanging baskets, small conifer tree and a couple of plants. All amazing. The delivery.. wow the delivery.. so quick I was surprised it wasn’t Deliveroo or Uber Eat LoL Last but not the least, a great customer service! The timing on their response is unbelievable.. they responded my email in less than a hour!!! Not only quickly, but effectively and in a very nice manner. It is something to consider especially in times like this when majority of the companies take ages to reply when they reply “due to covid”. Definitely coming back and I strongly recommend it.

The one star is for the service received.
Following a quick call to customer services I placed on order for two trees when there were 66 showing in stock online. Received an email confirming the order to say that it was being processed and that I would be alerted when there was a change to my order status. Two days later, not having heard anything further, I noticed that my order status in my account had changed to pre-order. On calling to find out when I could expect delivery I was told that the item was out of stock and that a very large order had been placed for the same items, probably at the same time as I put my order in, which is rather a coincidence! I was given a casual apology and not keen to wait an extra 5 weeks for the item to be restocked I decided to cancel the order.

I ordered 2 greenery hanging baskets. They are absolutely gorgeous and look so realistic!
